The building is designed with sustainability in mind, featuring a green roof, solar panels, and double glazing to deliver energy-efficient living spaces.

Our role includes the installation of fire detection, disabled refuge, WC alarm, access control, and CCTV systems, ensuring a safe, secure, and future-ready environment for residents.
