The works, led by main contractor Artium Construction Limited, began in June 2024 and were completed in December 2025.
The project has delivered 12,000 sq.ft of industrial space and a 14,500 sq.ft office block.
Joanne Durkin, head of property development at JH Shouksmith, said: “ The development will provide a new base for our mechanical and electrical business as well as additional lettable office and industrial space.”
