The Fabric Works provides modern student accommodation in a vibrant part of Leeds, within easy reach of the city’s universities. Designed with student living in mind, the development combines stylish private rooms with shared social spaces, creating a secure and comfortable place to live and study.
Our installation works included fire detection, evacuation alert, disabled refuge, WC alarm, and CCTV systems, ensuring the building is equipped with comprehensive life safety and security infrastructure.
