Oakland International Facility – Knottingley
Completed in March 2024, this 161,578 sq ft site was acquired to expand Oakland International’s operations and support its growing UK client base. Designed with sustainability in mind, the facility has capacity for a full solar array, providing up to 600kva of renewable energy, and is positioned to enhance the company’s 24/7 logistics, storage, and distribution services across ambient, chilled, and frozen food sectors.

We installed the building’s fire alarm system, disabled refuge, WC alarm, and aspirating system, ensuring robust life safety infrastructure for this large-scale, round-the-clock operation.
