The V22 scheme delivers an innovative 8-storey light gauge steel frame structure with a 2-storey transfer structure, providing 87 high-spec apartments. Led by sustainable developer CITU, the project is part of a wider vision to redefine housing standards in Yorkshire with a strong focus on environmental responsibility and future-ready design.

Our works included the installation of an Apollo fire detection system with Advanced fire panel, Excel data infrastructure, and Paxton access control, providing robust safety, security, and connectivity throughout the development.
