We are proud to have delivered a comprehensive life safety and security package at Whitehall Riverside, a landmark 500-apartment build-to-rent development overlooking the River Aire in Leeds city centre. Working alongside main contractor Bowmer + Kirkland and in partnership with Briggs & Forrester, we installed a C-TEC fire alarm system, C-TEC evacuation alert system, Hikvision CCTV for full-site surveillance, TLJ access control solutions, a Wagner aspirating smoke detection system for early warning protection, and C-TEC disabled refuge and WC alarm systems to ensure inclusive safety and compliance.
This integrated setup provides robust fire detection, emergency communication, video monitoring, secure entry management, and enhanced protection in high-risk areas, delivering peace of mind, regulatory adherence, and operational efficiency for residents and management in this vibrant new riverside community.
