Completed in 2024, Straits Aire offers 88 high-spec student bedrooms in a prime city-centre location opposite Millennium Square. Blending modern design with Grade II listed features, the development sets a new benchmark for student living in Leeds.
We were responsible for delivering and commissioning the fire detection, disabled refuge, accessible WC alarm, CCTV, and data systems, providing a robust life safety and security infrastructure to support this landmark accommodation.
