Located in central Leeds close to Quarry House, this development delivers 58 affordable and sustainable new homes on the site of the former Yorkshire Rider Social Club. The scheme includes a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments built to a high specification, with energy-efficient features such as heat pumps, EV charging points, and landscaped outdoor spaces to support green living.

We designed and installed the building’s fire detection, data, access control, intercom, CCTV, and TV IRS infrastructure, providing residents with safe, secure, and well-connected modern homes.
