Schneider Factory, Scarborough

This £42 million facility significantly expands Schneider Electric’s presence in Scarborough, creating 200 new jobs and almost tripling the size of its existing site. The factory focuses on producing electric vehicle chargers and energy-efficient light sensors, supporting the UK’s drive toward net zero infrastructure.

Our scope of works included the installation of fire detection, aspirating system, disabled refuge, CCTV, and access control, delivering a secure and resilient life safety infrastructure for the new site.
